Nampa, Idaho Speed Traps

Cops are always sitting in the Idaho center parking lot on the north side in front of the RR Tracks.

Cops are always sitting on 2nd St N near the church waiting for speeder coming down the RR Tracks over pass. Usually un marked cars.

Cops usually hang out at the top of the little hill by the Seminary Building just north of Columbia High School. They tuck into the parking lot on the West side or sometimes right near the hill just North of there on the East side

Speed limit coming into this area goes from 55 to 45 to 35 in a matter of 1/4 mile on a downhill slope. Cops sit in the 35 zone and pick citizens off all day long.

On Happy Valley there are 2 meet packing plants. If you are going towards Amity from Garrity, I have seen COPS there sitting at the FIRST meet packing plant. Thank goodness I have a radar detector because it has saved me many times! Since there is a small hill it kind of catches you off guard.
