State St., side streets between John St, and Hessel Blvd

Champaign, IllinoisFeb 23, 20030 Comments

Typically situated on side-streets along State St., between John and Hessel; usually William, Charles, or Stanage, facing East, which would be on your right as State St. is a southbound one-way of two lanes, posted at 30mph (recently lowered). Favorite times are rush hour AM and PM, especially 8:55AM, which is when someone would almost be late to work at the business park south of Kirby Ave, futher down State St.
