Going northbound, there is a turn aorund in the highway. There is always a cop waiting. If not, he’s already pulled someone over.

State Police sit in the rest area and catch speeders as the pass on interstate. Usually more that one trooper at the location.

A cop sits in the parking lot of the state building on the southwest corner of the overpass.

City cop will hide in driveways or parking lots on either side of railroad overpass, and catch folks just coasting down the overpass, the cops will pull you over for 3-5 MPH over the limit.
