The Elwood police drive up&down this road day&nite! do the limit posted

The Elwood PD has an interceptor that sits facing southbound on a small country road that intercects Rt. 53. Need to be careful because there is a stand of tall pine trees that block your view of him untill its too late. The speed limit is set at 55 but it is a 4 lane highway that nobody follows the limit on. The worst part of this is if you turn on the country road he is blocking the entire thing. These cops seem like they have nothing better to do than pull people over.
