Marked cars will sit in the parking lot sometimes parked with other cars to hide a little more and almost impossible to see coming from the west. Speed Limit is 35 and many people drive much faster than that down this street, Hometown is very strict and stick to their quotas

The police sit in the parking lot of the temple building which is the big white building. They are not hidden from view, but usually you can’t see them until you are too close. The speed limit is 30mph and people usually go flying down the street over 45-50mph.

Western Avenue near 183 rd Street

WATCH THIS ONE ! Western Ave. just south of 183rd St is a total trap. Speed limit is set at a mere 25 MPH on a highway road. Tricky thing is that they have speed limit signs attached to a flashing yelow light making you THINK that the limit is 25 "only when flashing" but in fact it’s 25 even when lights are NOT blinking, which is most of the time. The way they get around this is that other 25 MPH speed limit signs are posted just after the blinking lights which in effect make the limit 25 at all times, regardless if the signs are flashing. Pure deceit and trickery in motion here.
