New Avenue begins (or ends) at Archer Ave in Lockport. Just north on New Ave there is many spots cops like to sit. Until you see no more buildings, which about 1/8-1/4 mile, you are being watched half the day.
Farrell Road near 151st Street
Be careful when passing Whispering Pines on Farrell Rd. going north. There is a new subdivision going in and a very large hill that hides the cop cars. Speed limit is 30 mph but is very easy to go 40 mph and they’ll nail you. Any day of the week, any time of the day – usually around the middle of the month to the end is when you see this happening more. Be careful!
Farrell Road near 151st Street
There is a new subdivision going in (off of 151st and Farrell Roads) and there is a large hill of dirt that the cop cars hide behind. This is prominent on Saturday mornings (around 8 or 9 o’clock). Speed limit is 30 mph and anything over is a Huge fine and you have to go to class at JJC. Be careful, be very careful driving past Whispering Pines (going north) and 151st (heading south).
