When traveling south on Kedzie and you come from underneath the 294 viaduct, the Midlothian Police sit in the parking lot near the park with radar. Even if you have a radar detector, byt the time you exit the viaduct, it is too late. They also sometimes will sit there during morning rush hour too.
147th Street near between Kostner & Pulaski Street
Yes, Midlothian police are very, very eager to give out speeding tickets especially at the end of the month particularly on 143rd between Kostner and Pulaski going east when the speed limit goes from 30 mph to 35 mph, and in the reverse direction especially near the Metra railroad tracks. They will even ticket you for going 5-8 mph over the speed limit.
