Winthrop Harbor, Illinois Speed Traps

The whole town is one big speed trap; they have nothing better to do

As everyone knows that lives in the Winthrop Harbor area, cops sit all up and down sherdian road. When you are first approaching Winthrop Harbor going north, watch out for a good ol’ harbor cop behind the big evergreen on the right hand side. Next up, there is a small mini mart call Harbor Foods on your right side, they also sit there. You can’t see them though, because it is right after a slight curve. Of course be careful while actually going by the police station because you never know. The next trap is the cheese shack on your right side. They sit right behind it and will get you in a second. The last place they like to sit is in the morning they will hide in the State Line Auto Sales lot and blend in with the cars. They will only usually get you if you are going more then 10 over however. Also, BE CAREFUL going by a habor cop. They have moving radar on all the time and can get you while they are also traveling. All in all, avoid the harbor at all times. If you must drive threw, avoid speeding for you own sake.
