South Bend, Indiana Speed Traps

Officer sits in the Red Cross drive(his favorite spot),behind some bushes so you can’t see him until it’s almost to late..Also known to sit on the street just west of Park Jefferson Apts. behind a small hill…The cars that South Bend uses for radar enforcement are usually black or really dark blue and they normally sit with there headlights off..So it really makes it almost impossible to see them in the dark….
