3 patrol cars within 2 miles, from the bridge to Highway 165 South. Visitors heading toward Monroe are intentionally targeted before getting to I-20.

It’s a little town (one store) called Georgetown and the speed drops from 65 to 45 as you cross a bridge and he will be sitting there waiting on the right side of the road or on the north side of the bridge almost 24/7. I think that’s their main source of income.

The speed limit was lowered from 65 to 55 when the red light was put in at 165 and Fairbanks Road. This area is regularly patrolled. Watch for unmarked Dodge Durangos along with fully marked patrol cars.
