US Highway Airline near Spillway Bridge
West bound on Airline Hwy, Troopers set up just pass the spillway bridge. Thier car will be almost to the woodline with the trooper standing by the bridge railing. Sometimes they work in unision with more that one car. This can occur any day of the week but seems to be enforced from 1500 to 1700 when the local plants change shifts.
Interstate 55
North & South bound– state troopers set up in the long right inside curves and sometimes on the other side of slight rises
South– I55 is elevated from where it starts at I10 until the Pontchatula exit. on occassion troopers set up where the elevated ends. speed limit is 60mph on elevated interstates in Louisiana.
Interstate 310 near Norco exit
So.bound- state troopers set up just past the exit on the other side of the slight rise,just inside of a curve.
For those entering 310 so. bound from Airline hwy(U.S.61) don’t be surprised if one backs across your lane
No.bound- norco exit lane or on the other side of the slight rise just past the exit

US 61 Spillway Overpass
2 police units sit on the side of the road at the end of the overpass which ducks down 10 feet which is out of site untill you are on top of them. The speed limit is 55. This is on the east bound side
