Winnipeg Police Services parks their photo radar van in this school zone on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays to cherry pick motorists.
The speed is 60km/h on Inkster, except for a two block section vaguely marked as a school zone (which is automatically assumed to be 50km/h) and will automatically ticket you.
Grant Avenue near Wilton Avenue
Watch out on Sunday nights right in front of the big car show at the Pony Corral at the Grant Park Shopping Center between 4-10 P.M. It’s not just the car show cars either
Logan Avenue near Weston Road
East bound traffic just after Weston. 50/Km Playground zone 24/7
Moray Street near Lodge Avenue
Mobile Photo Radar. They have made Moray Ave Between Portage Ave and Ness 50KMH. This sign is posted right under a tree. Moray North of Ness is 60KMH as is Portage Ave or Ness which you would have exited onto. They use the mobile photo radar during the afternoons, after the fixed camera location. They call it a playground, but there is a fence on the East Side of Moray which I have never noticed as a playground before.
Dugald Road near Plessis Road
Police will sit in driveways along east-bound dugald right near Plessis, and in any of the driveways from Dugald to Fermor along Plessis. They are always there and try get you right when it turns from a 70 to a 50 zone.
