State Troopers sit at the top of the hill just before the light at RT 24 and Plumtree Rd. heading toward Abingdon. I usually observe them on any given Saturday morning around 8 am. They are always out of their cars directing the radar or laser gun towards traffic coming from Bel Air.

County police park on a side street near the veterninary offices at the bottom of a hill about 1/2 way between Ring Factory & Plum Tree Roads. Cars traveling eastbound, down the hill, cannot see them unitl it’s too late. They’ve been using this location for years.
