Catonsville, Maryland Speed Traps

This is a residential neighborhood that is a major thoroughfare to reach 2 colleges and 1 high school. It is 25 MPH which is pretty much exceeded by all drivers. The police park on the side of the road across the street from the National Guard Armory; usually mingling in with other cars parked on the street. They often tag drivers going Northbound on Mellor Avenue. 3 large speed bumps ("calming measures") have been installed on Mellor Ave – but drivers continue to speed in between them. I live on Mellor Ave and witness traps all the time. Speeding is so bad on the road, that I have to be very cautious exiting my driveway. The police are always giving out tickets.
