State Highway 28 South near After 495 Underpass until Route 133 lights
Speed limit is 30 mph as cars come off 495 and on Rte 28 from Lawrence. Police cars wait on the sidestreets on the right.

State Highway 114 near Interstate 495
People have been known to get pulled over and harrased by local police just for flashing their lights at other motorists to warn them of the trap.

River Road near Exit Number 45
Andover police cars hide on either side of the road after the exit, and they also hide a few miles down the exit. I would never go above 40mph on River Road. Watch out your speed on all Andover exits from I-93; I know they also have traps on RT-133 exit.
