Reading, Massachusetts Speed Traps

They sit in the driveway. You can’t see them, they are blocked by the big white building. When you come through the intersection from Lowell St. and Main St., you’re going down hill and picking up speed. The limit is 20, over that they’ll nail you.

They sit in the driveway (entrance to the cemetery) right on the corner across from Town Hall. You can’t see them from either direction, Lowell St or Salem St., until it’s too late. Speed limit here is 20.

If you get past the speed trap @ the rotary, (Mandarin Reading Parking Lot) and no cops are there, keep your speed under 30, because this is 3 blocks ahead, and this is where they will be.

There is a stop sign at this intersection and Police are frequently hiding on Forest to catch people rolling thru stop sign

Cop car sits in the parking lot of Mandarin Reading Restaurant catching speeders coming off the rotary fast. It’s kind of a dangerous area too with a lot of people not familiar with area trying to find REI and causing traffic problems.
