Wayland, Massachusetts Speed Traps
Officer typically posted east of the traffic lights that intersect 20 and 27, in the church driveway.
There is often a cop hiding in the parking lot of the country club. There is a stone divider, so when traveling from the north going south, he is difficult to see until you are right on top of him. Going south to north, he is a little easier to see. The parking lot is sometimes very crowded as well, making it even more difficult to see him.
Cruiser sitting in Middle School enterance (East side of road, just North of Fire Department), pulled back from 27 slightly, and hard to see till you are along side of them. Note this is a school zone (at the usual times)!
A police car is usually sitting right at the entrance to the old parish waiting for someone to zoom through the interesection going at least 40 or turning on red. It doesnt matter which way you are going, he will catch you. However, they sometimes hide across the street at the entrance to the town hall or down a little bit on rt. 27 next to the safety (police and fire) building
Cops will usually park in the parking lot of the country club, wiating for someone to go faster than 45. Be careful because there is a hill that people always go faster down.
