Flint Road, just before overpass

Brighton, MichiganJan 30, 20030 Comments

Flint Rd is 25mph for Brighton City, and turns to 40mph in Brighton Township. They hide on an old two track road on the other side of the over pass(I-96), they hit the cars coming from Brighton Township into Brighton. In the summer with over growth, you’ll never see them. Also on Flint Rd, the edge of the city limits, there are two City Cemetaries, cops hide in both. Road should be 35mph, but make sure you are driving 25mph!

Southbound US-23 at Hyne Road overpass

Brighton, MichiganJul 13, 20021 Comments

Traveling southbound on US-23 just past the Hyne Road overpass. State troopers like to sit in the turnaround just past the Hyne road overpass. The overpass goes up a little and you cannot see the officers below the road. During the summer they set their radar guns between 78 and 82 mph so be wise and do not travel above 75 in this area.

Main Street, North of Grand River, at the School Street intersection

Brighton, MichiganSep 01, 20010 Comments

The cops have a pretty good scam going here, you get up speed to make it up the hill and they are there waiting for you, hiding in the school parking lot with their lights off and with the cover of some small trees. When you break the crest of the hill at which time you both see each other and he has you on radar.
