Dell road South of Hwy 5

Eden Prairie, MinnesotaSep 04, 20100 Comments

The cop will sit one of 2 places. They will be behind a utility box standing with a radar gun right as the road curves to the left. It is about a mile south of Hwy 5. 4-5 cops will be in the park parking lot a short distance later to catch the radar indicated speeders. OR the will be south of the Dell road/ HWY 312 overpass as the road slopes downhill and they will be parked on the sidewalk either on the left or right as you head south. Most of the speer traps are as you head south on Dell south of HWY 5 but I have seen them for traffice heading in both directions. Thisis 35 MPH 4 lane road that can easily support 50 MPH traffic (which I see regularly.) I would not advise speeding on Dell south of HWY 5 at at time -at any location. Anyone going 36-45+ will be ticketed. Depends on the day but I wiuld not go 1MPh over the limit

They sit on the corner and laser shoot when going north to the Eden Prairie Mall. They are there usually in the morning before noon or sometimes later at night.

Usually once or twice a month. Typically there is an officer standing behind a utility box with radar. The squad cars are out of view behind with northbound cars being the primary target.

Anderson Lakes Pky & Amsden Way

The guy sits in a silver unmarked Charger, license TLW 305, on the south side entrance to a little park. He can shoot both eastbound and westbound traffic. It’s a 4-lane road posted at 30mph but designed for 45mph, so it’s perfect for generating revenue. In general, Eden Prairie Underposts and Overenforces.
