Starrng Lake Parkway near Flesher Circle

Eden Prairie, MinnesotaFeb 24, 20080 Comments

An unmarked silver Chevy Malibu is constantly sitting just inside Flesher Circle. To somebody that has no idea you would think the car is just stopped for the stop sign. If you see the car, more than likely he has already tagged you. Almost every time I drive through there there (a couple times a week) is somebody pulled over, even multiple times in an hour. The speed limit is 30 mph, do not go one mile over that.
