Main street is main trap but the entire town is like a police state with strict enforcement throughout the community. Avoid the City of Gilbert if possible.

New officer hired to only catch speeders and no seatbelt wearers. 35 in a 30 will get you a ticket. Gave out 50 citations on his first weekend. Watch out don’t go through Gilbert.

The new officer in Gilbert sits on Broadway by Florida Avenue running radar and 36 mph in a 30 mph will get you a butt chewing and a ticket. My advice is to stay away from Gilbert.
