Coming from Airport Road onto North Fox Hall Road…The Flowood speed limit is 35 mph…The Speed drops to 25mph for no reason in the middle of the wilderness. Pearl police wait on the other side of the city boundary and tickets many motorist just after crossing or even clocking them before crossing the boundary.

Coming from Old Brandon Road onto North Fox Hall Road…Speed limit is 25mph in front of a section of residences that stretches for less than 1/2 mile. (Reasonable speed limit) The speed limit remains 25 mph over the next 1/2 to 3/4 miles through a wilderness area. The Pearl police waits over a hill for someone to speed up in the rural section of the road. I would bet that a significant number of tickets are written in this section of road for the City Pearl. Very rarely go down this road without the Pearl police having someone pulled over
