The town of 2000, has just built new police station, they have a "25" mile an hour speed limit within city limits. You are not safe to drive over 25 miles an hour, anywhere within this one horse town city limits. The police officers also claim that you driving at least 20-30 miles an hour over the limit and you have no recourse.
