Randolph, Missouri Speed Traps
Randolph Road
Got pulled over about a mile (well out of Randolph) from a stop sign. Randolph officer said I did not come to a complete stop but saw me look both ways. The stop sign is a full length of a large truck before the intersection. Yes, in Wed night traffic court the judge dropped it to faulty equipment ticket of 25.00. And I do not have an old junky truck.
I-435 bridge
Less than an hour ago I was issued a ticket by officer (scribble??) for expired tags. He also signed it for me (?) as “served”. The reason that Im posting this is because I wasn’t even in Randolph. Not only was I pulled over in KCMO, but the officer didn’t even get behind me to look at my tags until the middle of the bridge (southbound). Besides operating outside his jurisdiction, he wrote that it occured near 4356 Randolph Rd…over a mile away. When confronted, Officer claimed that he turned on his rear takedown lights way back in Randolph before the bridge. He was on I-435 southbound. I had just merged into heavy rush hour traffic right before/on the bridge. Anyone familiar with that on ramp knows what I’m talking about.
State Highway 210 near Interstate 435
Driving on 210 past I 435 is the small village of Randolph,Mo. Its is unusal to drive this route without seeing a patrol issuing a ticket.
State Highway 210
They like to sit at the intersesction of Hwy 210 and Randolph Rd and get people crusing on the Hwy. Also if you travel down Randolph Rd (that turns into Burmingham at the curve), the speed limit is ridiculous 20mph.
State Highway 210 near Interstate 435
Officers are posted on Missouri 210 Highway and Great Midwest. Although the speed limit is 45mph and just before it, there is a 55mph zone that you may not aknowledge the sign. The officers are lienient and seem to be mostly looking for dirt bags and people with warrants.
