Manchester, New Hampshire Speed Traps
Where Route 101 East exits off of 93 South. Multiple (2-3) State Troopers will sit at the guard rail between 93 and 101 split and will walk into the road to stop you. They use some kind of radar gun. You can’t see them until you come around the corner and it’s too late.
This is as soon as you take Exit 7 on 293N. At the entrance of the NH Techincal College or the street that turns into the radio station. It is front street or Rt3A. People going north can see them, no clue for people coming from north. I have seen a lot of people pulled over here. Speed limit is initially 30 and later 35MPH.
Police cruiser sits in the chiropractors office across from Hooters facing east and nails anyone going west over the 30mph limit over the bridge.
LEft Breakdown lane as guardrail ends. LIDAR 55MPH zone
Officer(s) will stand outside their parked cruisers and clock approaching vehicles. In the past I’ve seen them use instant-on K band but more recently (8/4/05) they are using Laser. Common locations include the front of the Laurel Ridge apartment complex near Titus Ave, just past the fire station, or at the cemetary entrance, or in the parking lot of the Ste. Therese church on the corner of Mitchell St.
