Burlington, New Jersey Speed Traps
NJ Turnpike near Exit Number 5
Between exit 6 and exit 5 southbound. There are two traps within about two miles of each other. The first is approximately a 1/4 mile after the merge from the PA Turnpike. The officer sits in a little alcove of trees off to the right. The 2nd is about 1 to 2 miles further down. The officer sits just off the road.
High Street near State Route 541
The section in question is just after Rte. 541 North turns into High St. (at the intersection of Rancocas Rd and Fountain Ave…There is a Church to the left side).
The Burlington cops set up Speed Traps AND have been pulling people over for NOT wearing seat belts.
The BEST way to avoid this is to take the TRUCK Route 541 to High Street, traffic moves along too fast on the Truck Route for cops to be able to set up a speed/seat belt trap (Plus, there’s nowhere for the cops to stand without getting hit…LOL)
