Intermediate use of unmarked cars (during summer months) in the median strip clocking the speed of passing motorists. Police are using some type of technology (radar or something else, the type of technology is unknown).

The speed limit on Berdan Avenue is 25 mph and very unrealisitc to maintain while going up or coming down the hill on Berdan Avenue. Police car is usually waiting any time of day either in the park or on the street at the bottom of of the hill. By the time a person sees the police car, it’s too late.
