Morris Plains, New Jersey Speed Traps

officer is usually sitting in residents driveway once you cut across Malapardis from 53 to get to RT 10. The driveway is right next to the bottom of the hill.

A single cop is usually parked in an abandoned gas station, about half a mile before the Route 10/202 juntion in Morris Plains. Usually there after 9pm, he sits with his lights off and speed traps as people head down hill. Typical speed on Route 10 is around 60 in this area, posted speed limit is 50. The cop is somewhat arbitrary, as I have passed him doing 60 and not been pulled over, but some have passed him at 55 and been issued a ticket.
