Rt 22 East Bound near Post Office
Rt 22 East bound once you go past toll plaza and under the over pass right before the highway bends to the left. Local Police in a suv will sit up in the grass on the post office property facing 22 East (Pa. into NJ). Mostly when it gets dark with lights out.
South Main Street Free bridge
New Jersey State Police sit on either side of the bridge (Jimmy`s Dog Stand) or (U.S. Gas Station side) they will stand off to the side of the road with hand held radar guns and and "clock" the vehicles coming across the bridge from Pa. into NJ. they are also inforcing the no right hand turn time 3PM to 7Pm Mon-Fri. from South Main St. (NJ) to the bridge into Pa. They will step out on foot and direct you to pull over for any violations they see. Mostly seen During the weekends (Fri-Sun) but they have been seen during the week at different times of the day as well.
US Highway 22
22 Eat Bound entering New Jersey from Easton, Pennsylvania. As you are crossing the Delaware Water Gap right before the toll plaza, State police and Phillipsburg police sit facing on coming traffic. At night you cant see them until its too late. Also, the road bends to the right, before the BMW motorcycle dealer. The police sits off to the right running Radar out the back window. Further up, after the US Gas Station and Bank of America, the police uses the oil change parking lot to run Radar/Laser.
Interstate 78 both sides near Mile Marker between 1and 4
The road on I-78 in NJ at the PA border is highly enforced. 65 mph means 65mph, as does left lane for passing only, and no driving on the shoulder (dont touch that white line!) and lane changing requires signals. Once you pass exit 3 east bound, it seems to relax a bit.

Cops sit in a parking lot of an autobody shop and do radar out the back window.
