Woodbury, New Jersey Speed Traps

Route 45 going into Woodbury on either side is 45mph then quickly becomes 25mph. Most rediculous since the street in front of Rowan College Route 322 is 35mph. And also during the day when traffic is heavy in Woodbury cars are racing thru at close to 40mph. My wife while going to night work was ticketed at 2230 doing 30mph with hardly no traffic in the area. I go by in the morning and see at least four cars wasting tax dollars like pack wolves looking for a kill.
