going on i95 south you take the 695 south to the Throgs Neck Bridge – less than 1/2 mile pass the fork you find a cop sitting on the right with the laser shooting at cars going over 50. Its an ideal place because most people take 95 to go the Whitestone bridge and since there is little traffic speed down 695 (up to 80 I have seen) to get to the bridge. I have seen many many people get pulled over.

Going down from 233st. after the cemetery there are trucks always park there and between them they stop.

Cops sit right off the highway near a Mc Donalds parking lot and tag people passing by on the highway with a laser. You would never even know they are there until they are right behind you with their lights on.
