It is concealed behind some trees just after you passed Dollar Tree heading toward Flatlands Avenue.

There is a speed camera on 4th avenue and 13th street as you travel downtown towards Atlantic Avenue. It is located very close to the school building.

As you enter the sharp 180 degree turn (which consists of parked cars at meters) to the entrance of Caesar’s Bay shopping mall parking lot, there is an officer hiding (marked car/no top lights) and observing you through those parked cars right before you actually turn. I was pointed to pull over and was given a ticket for supposedly talking on a cellphone.
