The Endicott Police Dept often sits between two trees or may be in the dark corner of the building on the left just before North Oak Ave.(assuming you are coming from Oak Hill Ave.). You do not see the police car unless headlights reflect off the vehicle since they keep all lights off including the computer in the car.
