Police will sit at bottom of hill at pull off on O’Neil Ave leading up to pleasant Ave and on the top of O’Neil Ave leading to Johnson Ave

Police will tuck in on the North side of the firehouse. Rare to see them there during the day, but early morning its very common.

Police will sit in the gated area of the water reservoir

When you turn onto Chestnut, just past the dance studio, in front of Andy’s Service Station, when going north on 30A into Johnstown. There is always an officer sitting on the left side of the road. The speed limit is 30 but it is really easy to speed on that street. When coming from the other direction, you can’t see him sitting there.

There are two spots on maple avenue where the speed limit changes to 35 mph. Police set up speed traps at the bottom of both hills just after the speed change. You cannot see the officer untill it is way too late.
