Sheriff’s Dept. will be sitting in the insurance agency’s parking lot in front of Hooligan’s bar and grill. You will not see him until you pass the Hooligan’s entrance. At that point, he already has you. Usually looking for DWI drivers. Speedlimit is 45. At this time of night, STAY at 45.
