Brevard, North Carolina Speed Traps

South Broad Street in Brevard between the Brian Center and the Public Library is a speed trap. The speed limit is only 25, but few people actually adhere to this. City Cops pull people over in this area a lot. I was ticketed by a cop who clocked me at 40mph. I was coming around the curve at the Cardinal Drive Inn heading towards downtown and the cop was sitting at the Sheriff’s Station. I was pulled a 2nd time going in the opposite direction right by the license renewal office. BE CAREFUL!
