Police like to sit and catch people speeding as they come down the 12th Avenue N. viaduct bridge.

Usually on weekend nights and other late nights during late bar hours until after the bars close. They’ll always ask if you had anything to drink, even if you’ve got nothing and are clearly sober. A campus police officer (probably different cops on different nights) hides out in unlighted area in parking lot just west of Dacotah Field (the old football stadium). Don’t drive behind another car that’s speeding, because he’ll pull YOU over regardless, and not the car in front. People ALWAYS go 20-25 mph on campus during the day, because the posted limit is only 15, and it’s usually not enforced. But never go over 20 mph late at night on the north campus.
