The State Highway Patrol will often be sitting anywhere from the Muskingum Co. line, mile marker 170, to exit 176. This section of interstate is very heavily patrolled since it has truck weigh stations in both directions, east/west, and the Highway Patrol post at exit 176.

Officer using radar will ticket for traveling 96 mph in a 65 mph zone (even with the traffic flow moving at 70 to 75 mph). Coincidentally, 31 mph over the posted legal limit results in the highest possible fine for a speeding infraction.

On an intersection there are usually Sherriffs who stay with Speed Guns clocking traffic. There is a huge dropoff from 50mph down to 25mph with short warning. Also you can travel as safely as 60mph but you can get caught even if your speed as small as 5mph over.
