Usually between the hours of 10:00 pm and 12:00 am they sit in the parking lot of Village Ford or the parking lot of the hospital. Speed limit in this area is 35 mph so make certain when you come down the hill you are in the limit. The only indication they are there are a pair of lit headlights deep into the exit of both parking lots. Usually there are two units.
