near the railroad tracks on N. Pleasant St. in the Durable
A cruiser sits in the parking lot of Durable Mat facing south just on the other side of the tracks either early in the am or afternoon and some times late afternoon the speed limit is 25 but people go faster than that, I know because I live on that street and see them all the time sitting there waiting.
Cline Street.
Heading either north or south on Cline Street, police monitor traffic very frequently. They seem to sit in the Fisher-Music parking lot often. Posted speed is 25 mph.
South West Street
If you travel South West Street, some call it Fairgrounds Road, a patrol car likes to sit far back in St. Paul Cemetary. The speed is listed at 25 mph and is marked but the street is a long stretch of road, and some feel that it is too slow to tolerate. It is residential in some areas and it has no sidewalks for most of the distance. A lot of bike riders use this road so the speed limit should be obeyed. The cops also like to sit far back in the fairgrounds parking lot!
Old State Rd. Road near State Route Rt. 18
