Barney sits at all four state route entry points of town. Instead of a "Reduced Speed Ahead" sign, their’s says "Reduced Speed" allowing them to grab unsuspecting motorists. They recently gave a $140 ticket for a 42 in a 35. They hide in alleys between houses. They also park at a wood chip factory hidden behind stacks of wood pallets.
