I-75/I-475 NB

Toledo, OhioOct 30, 20180 Comments

This is an Automated system (camera) that you don’t see. Once the speed drops to 50 mph i would suggest dropping to at least 55 mph. From this location all the way along I75 through Toledo there are speed cameras.

I-280 & E Central Ave

Toledo, OhioJun 08, 20182 Comments

Received electronic speed violation (picture ticket) on southbound I-280 near Central Ave. on 6/6/18. Uncertain if it was officer with radar gun and camera or automated system installed on overpass. Did not see any fixed equipment on overpass or near it while raveling back on northbound I-280 the following day. Maybe a mobile unit/officer setup. WAZE app never alerted me of speed camera or police making me believe it was a mobile/temp speed trap scenario.

i-475 near promedica in west toledo by the i-75 split

Police sit under, on, and behind the the bridges with hand held radar cameras. No speed limit signs informing you what the speed limit is heading west. If people start slamming on their brakes they aren’t trying to make you crash it’s because the police are pointing a radar camera at them.

Detroit avenue between Sylvania and Lagrange

Toledo, OhioJul 28, 20170 Comments

Going South police hide behind a fence just after Lagrange street and going north they hide behind the remains of a former railroad overpass. Speed limit is artificially low through there at 35mph should be 45 or at least 40.
