Vermilion Road near Interstate Route 2
They sit in the metropark parking lot located just south of Jerusalem Rd. on the westbound side of the road monitoring traffic on Vermilion Rd. north and southbound by radar. They are there all the time it seems. Not much else to do in this town for them. Watch it!
State Route rt 6 near drug mart
they like to sit with no lights on so you cant see them.Cars are black and white
US Highway 2 near Vermilion Road
Local Police and State Police will sit on the bridge overpass at the Vermilion Road exit and use radar on westbound traffic on Rt. 2. Occasionally they will also turn around and do the same for eastbound traffic. Also a very high enforcement area for the motor carrier enforcement cops since there is a rest area nearby.
RT 60 from Rt 2 to 113
Sherrif is patrolling this stretch of Highway just south of Vermilion like a hawk. Probaly looking for DUIs. This guy has done a u-turn and started following me a couple of times. The best hes got me for is a burned out licsense plate light.
Vermilion Road from Jerusalem North to Tracks
Hard to reduce speed after being on Interstate Route 2 going down to 35 mph on newly paved, sparsely traveled road. lots of hiding places for Vermilion Police. Will give citations for 50 in 35mph all day and night in this area
