The speed limit on N Garnett Rd (4 lanes, plus wide center turn/median lane) is set to 35 MPH. In most other areas, this would probably be best set to 40 or 45 MPH. Officers regularly sit on the east shoulder just north of the fire station in a gravel area. As you drive north from 86th, you come around a gentle curve to the left, and the enforcement area is just north. As you drive south from 96th or Smith Market, there is a gentle crest, and the enforcement area is just beyond the crest of the hill.
