Police cruiser will sit in the church parking lot and enforce the 50 km/h speed limit. Primarily enforces traffic heading toward Golf Links. Perfect speed trap because the road is very wide, long, there is no housing, trees on either side, downhill, but the limit is 50. By the time you turn the corner, the officer has you on radar before you even know what’s going on.

Sad moment. Today I received warning about speeding 55km in 40km zone “Recorded by radar device operated by volunteer of Hamilton Police” What’next ? Neighbours snitching on each other ?

As you are travelling along Shaver Road towards Jerseyville, the speed trap is on the right hand side after you cross the 403 overpass. They sit either at the top of Jerseyville or at the water depot on the right hand side just before Morwick.

They sit on Alberton Road monitoring both ways of traffic in the Reduced 70klm zone – VERY frequently

Both marker & unmarked cruisers like to sit well back on Calder as motorist are coming across the 403 bridge and around the curve entering Southcote.
