Cruiser parks in driveway of Fonthill arena, which is just north of Welland Rd. on Haist St. Catches cars coming south from Hwy. #20 down the hill. Also watches cars not stopping at corner of Welland Rd. and Haist St.
Cataract Road near McSherry Lane
Sit on McSherry Lane behind the bushes or down the road a bit in field. Country road with a speed limit of 50 km/hr, most people drive 70.
Canboro Road near Church parking lot near Center St.
Officer sets up where he cannot be seen in a Church parking lot. He is able to track vehicles going either directions in this 50km zone that is easier to do 60km in.
Haist Street near A.K. Wigg School
They sit at the church parking lot across from the school and catch those going over 40 km/h. The speed changes right in front of the school and most don’t realize they have to slow down until they are caught. They are there about 3 times a month. Sometimes they will park down a side street as well, to catch the locals off guard.
