Markham, Ontario Speed Traps

Southbound on Box Grove Bypass at Fieldside (just before it rejoins old 9th Line), cruisers park out of sight on Fieldside and handheld units catch southbound traffic.
Box Grove Bypass at this point is 4 lanes wide with rail right of way and countryside to the east and wide shoulder to the west with a posted limit of 60 kph!

Gas for helicopter not cheap you know. And all those $80k/yr salaries.

on rodick road south of bridge over 407. Usually parked in between many construction vehicles, watching the seemingly unmonitored 50km/h limit road.

I was heading south from 9th line, just passed Hwy407. You’ll see a parking lot on your right, they camp there today. Not sure if this is a speed trap, just got a ticket today =(

I was driving down 9th line (North) taking a left onto 16th. A few meters away from the lights is a road called Chancery. It was a 60 zone and I just hit 80 and was starting to come back down, when I saw the officer come out of the street and signal me aside. The cop car is pretty much concealed on the small street. Not sure if this is a regular one, but got caught today.
