Oshawa, Ontario Speed Traps
Taunton Road near airport
Positioned on both sides of the 4 lane stretch between Oshawa airport and Ressurection cemetery you will see them on sunny mornings during rush hour pulling over every 10 over they see.The posted limit is 60km/h which is ludicrous in this no man’s land part of the road. Positivley built for radar.
Glovers and Simcoe
It’s a community safty zone and the officer sits in the plaza by the exit on the Simcoe side. They are very strict.
Camp Samac
The officer sits behind the bush blocking the exit from Camp Samac.
Ritson Road (North of Adelaide)
They hide their car in a parking lot behind a trailor that has a sign for Free Wood. One stands with a radar gun and waves speeders in, while the other one does his job while he’s giving you a ticket. I was pulled over there and they had three cars pulled over already. This is a 50km zone due to the fact that there are ambulances pulling out quite often just up the street.
harmony road south bound
Going south bound on Harmony, just before the ramp to the 401 Westbound. They sit at the bottom of the bridge, often don’t see the cruiser, hiding behind a sign. Just slow down before the top of the bridge.
