Pickering, Ontario Speed Traps

Officers are parked on 11th Consession with their radar guns pointed at traffic going eastbound on Steeles Av.

South of Kingston Rd on Church Street. Sits in church parking lot on west side of Church and stands behind telephone poll catching southbound traffic. Posted speed limit is 50 kph so it is very easy to exceed the limit. Also been seen further south on Church just south of underpass just before speed limit increases to 80 kph.

Police sit on Voyageur Ave just off Fairport and gun the southbound and northbound traffic on Fairport which is a 40 zone. Police also sit on other little side roads just off Fairport trapping north and southbound traffic on Fairport.

Laser tripod on west side of Fairport at Welrus to enforce 40km. speed limit. for motorists going southbound on Fairport Rd.

Single marked police car locates themselves on plaza side road, usually gunning trafic flowing in rush hour direction.
