Vehicles heading westbound on Glendale Ave. often pick up speed once past the Pen Shopping Mall as they jockey for position on a decline where Glendale narrows from 2 lanes westbound to one lane. The first opportunity for a cruiser to take advantage of this dual speed enhancer is at the top of Marlene Dr. Gotcha!

They like to sit under the first bridge behind the bridge supports going south off of the QEW (Queen Elizabeth Way), just coming off of a right hand bend in the road.

Under the seventh street bridge they are doing construction and the speed drops down to 80 and they sit there going in both directions.
